Arvada Counseling and CBT for  Anxiety, Trauma, Self-Injury

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have worked in residential treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient treatment. I have a masters degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelors degree in social work from Miami University.

I specialize in treating self-injury, trauma, anxiety and parenting issues. I am certified in Cognitive Therapy (CBT) and a Diplomate member of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, the only official certifying agency for cognitive therapists in the United States. I am also trained in the SAFE Alternatives protocol for self-injury. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
