Arvada Counseling and CBT for Anxiety, Trauma, Self-Injury

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have worked in residential treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient treatment. I have a masters degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelors degree in social work from Miami University.  I am board certified in TeleMental Health.

I specialize in treating narcissistic and borderline family systems, anxiety and panic attacks, self-injury and trauma.  I am certified in Cognitive Therapy (CBT) and a Diplomate member of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.  I am also trained in the SAFE Alternatives protocol for self-injury. I have extensive training and certification in Dr. Karyl McBride’s 5-step recovery model for adult children and partners of narcissists.
