Free 15-Minute Consultation
This call is a chance for us to talk briefly about what’s bringing you to therapy and for you to ask any questions about how I work. It’s also a good way to get a feel for whether our connection feels supportive and aligned.Book Your First Appointment

Sessions are offered weekly, through longer therapy intensives, or a blend of both to best support your needs.
-
Our first session is 90 minutes, giving us time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and begin looking at parts of your personal history that will help inform our work—laying the foundation for our work together.. I’ll listen carefully to understand your priorities and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll decide how often we’ll meet and how long sessions should be based on your goals and needs.
-
Because of the depth and complexity of the work I do, most clients work with me for longer than six months—especially if we're not doing an intensive.
-
All sessions are held virtually using a secure, confidential video platform. You don’t need any special software—just a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable talking. We can work together in this format as long as you are located in CO, WA, OR, NY or FL.
-
I see clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
-
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, will be charged the full session fee.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
