Therapy Intensives for Focused, Deep Healing
Virtual therapy for adults in CO, WA, OR, NY, and FL
What Are Therapy Intensives?
Therapy intensives are extended sessions—typically 3 hours at a time—offered over one to three days. Instead of spreading therapy out over months, intensives give you the space to dive deeper into specific issues in a shorter period of time. Each intensive is tailored to fit where you’re at, what you want to work on, and your unique experiences, and may include somatic EMDR, parts work (IFS), and nervous system support based on Polyvagal Theory.
Who This is For
Some people prefer working in a focused, immersive format. Whether you’re feeling stuck, going through something time-sensitive, or simply want to make progress now, intensives offer dedicated space to tend to what matters most—without needing to pause and pick things up week to week. You’ll leave with practical tools, deeper insight, and a clearer sense of what’s next in your healing.
You don’t have to leave your current therapist to benefit from an intensive. Many clients come to me for targeted work—such as somatic EMDR, emotion regulation, or narcissistic abuse recovery—and then return to their ongoing therapist with new tools and insights. I regularly collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care and support your overall progress.
Intensives can be a great fit if you:
Are working through the complex impact of toxic, emotionally immature, neglectful or self-absorbed family systems
Are healing from narcissistic or antagonistic partner abuse and struggling with confusion, co-parenting or boundaries
Are seeking targeted nervous system work to identify how your specific nervous system responds and learn personalized tools to feel safe, calm and in control.
Are carrying unresolved childhood wounds that can be healed with somatic EMDR and parts work (IFS)
Would rather dive in deeply for a short period of time than commit to weekly sessions
Prefer a more traditional pace? I also offer weekly virtual therapy sessions lasting 45 or 90 minutes.
